Refund policy


CANCELLATIONS:


If you need to cancel your order (not sure why you would do such a thing), please email us at support@landedfootwear.com within 3 hours of placing the order and we will inform you if we are able to cancel the order.  We ship multiple times per day, so cancelations may not be possible.  

RETURNS / Exchanges:

We hope you love what you ordered! But if you need to make a return or exchange, we can help. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in new, unused condition and in original packaging – with all tags/packaging intact. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refund, store credit, or exchange.  Please note that any items worn , missing parts, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Landed does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise.  If items are returned in this condition we will do one of the following:  Not accept the return, accept the return but with a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product cost

If you purchased the RE:DO free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return unused product. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the RE:DO free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.

Once we receive and review your returned merchandise, we will issue exchange/refund.

We can only accept returns of product purchased on landedfootwear.com.  If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

If you have received the incorrect item please ensure you retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Please email us at support@landedfootwear.com with your order number and pictures of the package and the product.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards may not be returned.

 

PRICE MODIFICATION:

Prices for products displayed on the website can change at any time. Any price changes will not affect any order that has already been accepted. Once the product is delivered to the customer, Landed is not responsible for the difference in price during the Sale change. No refund is applicable once an order is placed and the Sale changes.

Warranty

Landed offers a 60 day warranty for any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of product for unintended purposes. 

If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email support@landedfootwear.com with your order number and photos detailing your issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
