How is the fit? From our testing the fit has been fairly true to size in length and width (though there can always be some variance). We have designed the forefoot of the shoe to have a slightly wider/more comfortable fit, to allow for feet to swell while walking. Another consideration to fit in the design is the extended lacing system on each style, this give you the opportunity to tighten or loosen the fit to your preference.

How can I track my order? When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number, there will be a link that will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Can you explain the process with RE:DO? If you purchased the RE:DO free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return unused product. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center. If you did not purchase the RE:DO free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.
Once we receive and review your returned merchandise, we will issue exchange/refund.
