Shipping:
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $99 and over. Standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Expedited orders placed by 1 PM ET typically ship the same business day. Shipping rates are calculated based on the items ordered, destination, and order value. International orders may be subject to customs, duties, and service fees.
Returns:
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 60 days of delivery. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with their original packaging.
If you purchased eligible RE:DO return and exchange protection at checkout, your covered return shipping label is included. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
At this time, exchanges are unavailable for orders delivered outside the U.S. International customers may return eligible products within 60 days of delivery and are responsible for return shipping costs.
