Why are these shoes on sale?

These are part of our very first production run — the shoes that started it all. They’re still awesome, but we’ve since updated materials and durability across newer models. Rather than let them sit, we’d rather get them on real feet at a killer price. Though they are no longer our highest standard of quality and durability, they're still a great shoe to kick around in and at this price, its a great opportunity for you to test the product!

Why are they final sale?

These first-run Overlook 1.0s are heavily discounted and sold as-is. Final sale means no returns, due to the price, if we facilitate a return we'll end up losing money - if you'd like to exchange for a different size, make sure to get REDO for $1.98. None of the products will arrive damaged or unwearable, they're in great condition.

How long will they last?

If you’re using them for casual wear or travel, you’ll get plenty of miles out of them. If you’re going hard every day, you’ll notice more wear sooner. They’re still great for everyday adventures — just know we’ve built the newer models to be extremely more durable.

Are the shoes covered by warranty?

Yes - even though these shoes are final sale, if anything were to happen to render these shoes "unwearable" within the normal warranty window - we'd have you covered! We have however seen these pairs have issue with D-Rings and toe foxing rubber under high stress, those will not be covered on the warranty.

What's different about the new 2.0?

We learned a lot from the first run. The Overlook 2.0 has upgraded foxing rubber, no D-rings, improved durability, increase collar comfort and refined materials that hold up longer. Same great fit, grip and underfoot comfort — just tougher and more dialed in.
